Berry Springs Recreation Reserve

We’re thrilled to announce that Berry Springs Recreation Reserve has been selected as a recipient of the Community Benefit Fund Major Grant!
This incredible funding will support the installation of a brand-new basketball half-court and three additional shade structures, helping us enhance our facilities for all members of the community.
At Berry Springs Recreation Reserve, we’re committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space for everyone to enjoy—and this grant is a big step forward in making that vision a reality.

Berry Springs Recreation Reserve is situated 49.8 km from Darwin City, conveniently next to the Berry Springs Swimming Hole and Berry Springs Primary School. This family- and dog-friendly space offers something for everyone, including a main hall, sports oval, tennis and basketball courts, a skatepark, a playground, and BBQ facilities. Additionally, a meeting room is available for hire.

MONTHLY MARKETS - We regret to inform that the Berry Springs Recreation Reserve Monthly Markets will be put on hold until further notice. This decision has been made as we actively work to find a suitable entity to manage and run the markets for 2025 forward.

The Berry Springs Recreation Reserve Markets are held monthly from March to December, on the last Sunday of each month. These vibrant markets feature a wide variety of stalls, offering everything from delicious food and local gifts to bric-a-brac, handmade crafts, and much more. The markets run from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, providing a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for visitors to shop, eat, and explore. It’s the perfect way to spend a Sunday morning and discover unique items while supporting local vendors.
